Who you are

Children, colleagues and friends get better around you, and you rarely do anything you could point to afterwards. You do not rebuild people. You pay attention to them for long enough that whatever was already there starts to show, and they walk away believing they worked it out alone, which is mostly how you prefer the whole thing to go.

You have never quite settled the question of the room. Some days you want it and take it easily, and some days you would rather hand it to whoever needs it more than you do.
