Who you are

You never learned to lower your voice for an idea you think is true. In meetings, at dinner tables, in the family conversation everyone tiptoes around, you are the one who states it plainly and then waits. Some people find this exhausting. Others have built whole decisions on a sentence you said without realising it mattered.

You take correction as well as you hand it out, and that is what saves you. You are attached to the thing being said accurately.
