Who you are

You listen to how a thing is said, not only to what it says. Give you somebody's knotted account of their problem and you begin sorting it out: this word is carrying the weight, that sentence is padding, here is the actual question underneath. It is quiet work and it changes people. They leave the conversation holding a thought that finally has a shape.

You want a new idea understood rather than merely loud, and you will spend hours on one paragraph to get it there. Uranus gives you the sentence nobody expected; Saturn gives you the willingness to keep working on it long after most people would have sent it. That combination is rare: strong opinions about how the world should change, paired with enormous patience about wording.
