Who you are

Waiting to be chosen never made sense to you. If something should exist you start it, badly at first, and improve it in public. This reads as boldness. It is actually a very high tolerance for the awkward early stage that stops most people, the part where the thing is obviously unfinished and you have to keep going anyway while people watch.

You are more rehearsed than you appear. Behind what looks like a leap there is generally a run of small failed attempts nobody saw, corrections made quietly and fast.
