Who you are

You think most disasters come from people being in a hurry. Given a choice between fixing something now and setting up conditions where it stops going wrong, you choose the conditions every time, even when that takes months and nobody thanks you for the delay. Rules, in your hands, are not about control. They are the shape that lets a thing last.

You also have a fine sense of proportion. Too much of anything, praise, salt, pressure, discipline, sets off an alarm in you that other people do not hear. Your soul work is to build limits that protect people without trapping them, and to check every so often whether the limit still serves anybody. Ask. Adjust. A rule kept long after its reason has gone stops being wisdom and becomes a habit wearing wisdom's clothes.
