Who you are

You take the second half of everything seriously. Getting there is only half an achievement, and most things go wrong on the way back, when the excitement is spent and everybody has stopped paying attention. You are the one who says it is time to turn around while there is still light, and more than once that has brought everybody home.

This is not caution by temperament. You still want the far off thing and you still go after it. But you have been out far enough to know that nothing counts as finished until you are back at the table telling people about it, and that the returning, not the going, is where the discipline actually lives.
