Who you are

You learned young that intensity works. You can hold a line nobody argues with, sit through a confrontation without blinking, and take on weight other people would have put down years ago. Hardness at maximum is close to useless, and part of you already knows it. Give up some hardness deliberately. Apologise first, change your mind out loud, accept help you could technically manage without. What you lose there you get back as the ability to take a knock without cracking, and you will need that far more often than you will need to be unbreakable.
