Who you are

Your courage is unspectacular. It looks like making the phone call you have been dreading, sitting with somebody through bad news, or telling a room something they will resent. There is no adrenaline in most of it, only the decision to keep going while afraid, repeated so often that people assume you do not feel fear the way they do.

You do feel it. You have simply stopped treating it as a reason.
