Who you are

You notice the shared things nobody is responsible for. The stairwell nobody cleans, the equipment everybody borrows, the unwritten agreement that keeps a team from falling apart. Other people walk past because these belong to no one in particular. You stop, because that is exactly what makes them yours. Saturn gives you the discipline for it, and Uranus keeps suggesting the arrangement could be fairer than the one you inherited.

You feel a group's temperature before anybody says a word, which is Air working in a practical key. You can tell when a fair arrangement has quietly turned into a favour, when goodwill is being spent faster than it is replaced. So you say the uncomfortable thing at the meeting, propose the rota, ask who has been carrying this. It rarely makes you popular that hour. It keeps places liveable for years.
