Who you are

You do not trust advice from someone who has only read about it. Your own knowledge came from getting it wrong first, in public, and remembering exactly where the ground gave way. That makes you slower to speak than the confident people in the room and much harder to argue with once you finally do speak.

There is a Jupiter streak in you that wants the big picture, but you keep pulling it back down to what a person can do on a Tuesday.
