Who you are

You handle things sideways. The introduction nobody traced back to you, the money that arrived without a name on it, the warning passed through a third person so that nobody had to lose face. This is not shyness. You worked out young that some kinds of help only work if they cannot be traced, and that being thanked would spoil them entirely.
